Cardolite’s cardanol-based epoxy resins, diluents, and modifiers offer formulators versatile solutions for improving coating and adhesive performance. Our portfolio includes reactive and non-reactive diluents that reduce viscosity while enhancing flexibility, corrosion resistance, and early water resistance. These bio-based materials support low and zero VOC formulations. 

We also offer difunctional glycidyl ether resins and a polyglycidyl ether epoxy novolac designed to boost system flexibility without sacrificing mechanical properties.

The Cardolite 513 family of monofunctional epoxy diluents delivers efficient viscosity reduction and consistent performance. NC-513 is the standard grade, while Ultra LITE 513 offers higher purity, lower viscosity, and very light color—making it an excellent choice over traditional glycidyl ethers.
